How does check-in work? Can I arrive late?
Sure. Check-in is 100% digital and available 24/7. A few days before your arrival you will receive an email with instructions for online check-in and how to use your smart lock.
Upon arrival, you can:
- Access your cabin directly with your mobile phone
- Or collect a security key from our automatic machines
Additionally, we have a 24-hour reception in case you require assistance.
Can I leave my luggage before or after check-in?
Yes. We have secure lockers to store your luggage if you arrive early or leave late.
Is there a kitchen or food services?
Yes. You have access to a kitchen area equipped with:
- Microwave, fridge, hob, and utensils
- Dining area
- Vending machines for snacks, drinks, and food
- Welcome drink upon arrival
- Free breakfast if you book through the Wostel Club
Can I cancel for free?
Yes, if you select the tariff with free cancellation. Please check the specific conditions when making your reservation.
Where is Wostel located?
We are in a strategic location: just a 3-minute walk from María Zambrano station, in the centre of Málaga. It’s perfect if you arrive by train, AVE (high-speed train), or from the airport.
What types of rooms are there?
At Wostel there are 4 types of private hubs, all with a minimalist design, smart lock, high-speed WiFi, a desk, and a Smart TV:
- Superior Private Hub
- Inferior Private Hub
- XL Superior Private Hub
- XL Inferior Private Hub
All are soundproofed, air-conditioned, and equipped for total comfort.
Is it safe?
Very much so. All cabins feature a smart lock and a coded key. Furthermore, we have smoke detectors, 24-hour reception, and safety deposit boxes in common areas for your peace of mind.
Are the bathrooms private?
Bathrooms are shared, but they are modern, clean, and fully equipped:
- Spacious showers WC
- Magnifying mirrors
- Hair dryers
- Shower gel, shampoo, and toilet paper
- Shower slippers included
Can you work from Wostel?
Of course. Every cabin has a desk, reading light, powerful WiFi, and complimentary headphones. It’s perfect for studying or working remotely.
Is smoking allowed?
No. The entire accommodation is smoke-free.
Is payment in advance?
No, payment is taken 5 days before arrival. At Wostel, everything is prepaid to ensure a hassle-free process and quick entry.
